Different airlines have different luggage rules and allowances. With the exception of Ryanair, the cost of adding luggage to your booking is the same than if you selected luggage at the point of booking. Ryanair charge additional fees for adding luggage after an initial booking is made. If you wish to additional services like luggage, speedy or priority boarding, reseved seating, etc. please call 020 8144 4844 and our flight co-ordinators will be happy to assist you.
Once your booking is made, you will receive an email from us confirming your reservation together with a confirmation invoice detailing everything you have booked and paid for. You will also receive an ATOL Certificate which we are obliged to issue by the CAA confirming details of the financial protection you are provided with. Once we receive your APIS (passport) information, all final travel documentation will be emailed to you no later than 7 days prior to your flight unless in the case of a late booking in which case all travel documentation will be immediately dispatched to you.
Please take extra care when completing the passenger details and providing lead passenger information paying particular attention to the spelling of names, email address, telephone numbers, child ages, etc. Airlines charge for changes to bookings and these charges will be passed on to you if you have entered incorrect information.
Within the price you see, we include a £10 administration fee per passenger which includes the £2.50 ATOL protection fee which is payable to the Civil Aviation Authority to protect against the financial failure of travel organisers offering flights.
